Parent Guides is extremely proud to have David Corduff as an ambassador as of 2020.
David is a retired businessman & director who had a career in manufacturing.
He has 3 children and is a proud grandfather to 7 grandchildren.
Married to Liz for 45 years, David came to Australia from Ireland in 1971 and became an Australian citizen in 1988.
Since retiring David has become actively involved in volunteering.
He has a passionate interest in mental health and is a long-time Beyond Blue Speaker. David is also an advisor to the board member of the Presentation Family Centre on the Mornington Peninsula, which offers short-term low-cost respite facilities for those affected by adverse family conditions.
In addition, David sits on the committee of Peninsula Voice Inc. a group based in Mornington who organise community relevant forums and events, which attract high calibre guest speakers.
David’s list of interests include, keeping mentally and physically healthy and being active in community advocacy initiatives, with a particular interest in youth.
He enjoys sports of all sorts and sharing good food and wine with friends, in addition to freelance writing, photography and public speaking.
